When helping out in the\u00a0baby room at my last school, I quickly realized how challenging it could be at times to change diapers. \u00a0Not many babies are excited about getting their diaper changed. I would constantly think of ways to try to\u00a0make diaper changing time more pleasant, thats when I came up with the idea to make some kind of colorful mobil to be placed above the diaper changing table. \u00a0It’s such a simple DIY project.<\/p>\n

Below are the steps of how to create your own mobile.<\/p>\n

Materials:<\/p>\n

origami paper or scrap book paper (which I used)
\nscissors
\nglue
\npencil
\nstring to hang hem<\/p>\n

Just follow the directions in the picture tutorial below:<\/p>\n

Fold your squared paper in fours<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

Turn your paper over and fold to make a triangle as the picture below<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

Mark with a \u00a0pencil a little less from the border to the middle. Do it on all four sides. See picture below.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

Cut with scissors from the edge to your pencil mark on all four sides. See picture below.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

Glue every other side on the folded flaps. Please see picture below.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

Pull the unglued side over to the glued side. See picture below.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

One side is ready, but you need one more to complete the star.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

Repeat previous steps to make another star.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

Glue as shown below.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

After you glue, attach the two stars together.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n
